CALUC Letter re 777 Douglas Street, The Humboldt: Liquor Primary Licence Application

Updated: Jun 21, 2021

DRA LUC members met with the applicant’s representative to discuss the new liquor primary application for 777 Douglas Street. While the application is for a new standalone liquor primary license, it is for a 46-person capacity area that is already approved by the Liquor Branch on the existing Bartholomew’s liquor primary license. The new liquor primary license will be for the same capacity of 46 persons and will be known as “The Humboldt”. There will be no increase of liquor primary seats at the hotel. DRA LUC members have reviewed the application, do not have any concerns, and support the application as presented.
