Bring your performance to our...QUEER OPEN STAGE!!!

Music, drag, poetry, dance, comedy, or magic, if you can do it in 10 minutes or less - we want to see it!

Music will begin promptly at 6:45 pm.

This event is hosted by local queer singer-songwriter Sara Rose (they/them) in partnership with the Victoria Downtown Residents Association (VDRA) https://www.victoriadra.ca/. About your host: Sara Rose (they/them) is a local queer, neurodivergent singer-songwriter who is passionate about community and accessibility, and making sweet, sweet music.

NOTE: Allies are welcome as audience members but performance spots are reserved for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks.

We also need VOLUNTEERS! Just a little bit of set up, door, and tear down. The more hands we have, the lighter the workload for all of us! Here's a link to sign up:

This is a free event, however, we will be collecting donations to purchase items for the Lekwungen Community Toolshed, so bring cash if you are able:

- Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided! Yum
- Bus tickets available for those facing financial barriers to attending
- Sensory corner (with fidgets, and colouring supplies)
- Ear plugs available
- Elevator to 3rd floor, even floor throughout 3rd floor, no stairs
- Bathrooms gender friendly (single stalls)
- Reduced-scent space
- Event space is carpeted
- No peanuts
- Masks recommended (provided at door if forgotten)
