Jenny Pictin is hosting monthly art workshops at the Yates Street Community Garden this summer and everyone is welcome!

This month, join Jenny for a mixed media workshop, combining two or more different materials into a single piece. This approach prioritizes, experimentation and texture, allowing you to build rich layers. Graphite, ink, watercolour, acrylic and some collage materials are provided. Please feel free to bring any other material to create your collage theme.

Admission is by donation ($10 suggested) and is payable in cash at the workshop. Click here to register.

These art workshops will be hosted on the last Sunday of each month, following our Community Potluck.

The closest bus stop (routes 3, 11, 14, 15, 22, 24 and 25) is on the north side of Yates, just west of Cook (approximately 100 metres east of the garden). There is street parking on Yates right in front of the garden.
