In 2014, the Victoria Downtown Residents’ Association (DRA) hosted a town hall meeting– Downtown Livability Solutions – during which we invited residents of Downtown-Harris Green to discuss obstacles and solutions to urban living. As an update to that event, the DRA hosted an online survey in spring 2018 to find out what has changed over the past four years. Here are the results:
