Music on the Green - August 22

Updated: Sep 7

Meet your neighbours during an evening of free bicycle-powered music on Pandora Green (Pandora Avenue west of Cook Street), hosted by the Victoria Downtown Residents Association.

The concert will feature performances by Brian Yoon (Principal Cello of the Victoria Symphony), singer-songwriter Hoélune Rosé, and poet Jezreel.

The rain date for this event will be Tuesday, August 29th at 6:30 pm.

Invite your friends, grab a blanket or a lawn chair, and bring along a picnic!

Accessibility details: The event will take place in the grassy, treed section of Pandora Green, just west of Cook Street. Unfortunately, there are no curb cuts providing access to this section of the park, and no paved pathways, but we plan on having a temporary ramp in place to assist those with mobility devices in getting up to the level of the grass from the street. If you have questions or concerns about accessibility at the event, please contact us at engage@victoriadra.ca.

We encourage those who are able to walk, cycle or take public transit to the event. The closest bus stops are on Cook at Pandora (routes 24 and 25) and on Pandora just west of Cook (routes 2, 5, 27 and 28). There is paid parking on the south side of the park, along the eastbound lanes of Pandora.

We are grateful for financial support from the CRD Arts & Culture Support Service.

This event will take place in Lekwungen Territory.
