The DRA Land Use Committee was invited to a CALUC meeting held on September 13th at the Victoria Executive Centre to meet with proponents of the 1075 Pandora Ave development. The site is located along the borders of North Park, Fernwood and Harris Green (part of the DRA) neighbourhoods. The project is a partnership with CGS Property Group, CEI Architecture and LADR Landscape Architects to construct two apartment rental units on the site. The plan is to have a 13-story building and a 10-story building located on the site situated next to Alpha Project Developments construction of The Mondrian building (1090 Johnson St ).
