The Board of the Downtown Residents Association has sent a letter to Mayor and Council to add their voice of support to those of other neighbourhood associations regarding the purchase of the former Blanshard School site by the City of Victoria for the purpose of developing much‐needed community amenities for the Hillside‐Quadra community. This neighbourhood has a deficit of the amenities necessary to form a complete community.
