From the City of Victoria Staff:
Displays for Saturday’s event at the Delta Ocean Pointe Resort are now available on the JSB project website. Free bike and vehicle parking will be available.
Group discussion will begin at 10:30 a.m. Round tables and chairs, flip charts and pens, and paper copies of the displays will be available at the event. Staff will be available to answer questions and participate in discussions. Self-facilitated discussions will also be encouraged. Paper copies of a survey will be available at the event and an online version of the survey will be posted Saturday. Staff will accept feedback until Monday, June 18. Feedback collected at Saturday’s event will be used to produce updated plans to be presented at a second session in early July.
